Shipping Information
How will my parcel be delivered?
We deliver your stationery orders across Sri Lanka through our trusted delivery partners. Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Do I pay for delivery?
Delivery charges vary by location within Sri Lanka. Orders over Rs. 2,500 qualify for free delivery to Colombo and suburbs. For other areas, delivery charges range from Rs. 200-500. Exact delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postal code.
Will I be charged customs fees?
No, there are no customs fees as all our stationery products are sourced and shipped within Sri Lanka. We work with local suppliers and maintain stock in our Wellawa warehouse to ensure fast delivery without any additional charges or customs delays.
My item has become faulty
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours at info@g-tech.lk or call (+94)37-220-1268. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund. Please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damaged item to help us process your claim quickly.
Payment Information
What payment types can I use?
We accept multiple payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), Online Banking, Mobile Payments (eZ Cash, mCash), and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure your financial information is protected.
Can I pay by Gift Card?
Currently, we don't offer gift card payments, but we're working on introducing this feature soon. You can use any of our accepted payment methods including cards, online banking, mobile payments, or cash on delivery for your purchases.
I can't make a payment
If you're having payment issues, try clearing your browser cache, using a different browser, or checking your internet connection. Ensure your card has sufficient funds and international transactions are enabled. If problems persist, contact your bank or try an alternative payment method like Cash on Delivery.
Has my payment gone through?
After completing payment, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email and SMS. You can also check your account dashboard for payment status. If you don't receive confirmation within 10 minutes, contact us at (+94)37-220-1268 with your transaction reference number.
Orders and Returns
Tracking my order
You can track your order using the tracking number sent to your email and SMS. Simply visit our website, go to 'Track Order' section, and enter your order number. You can also log into your account to view real-time order status and delivery updates.
I haven't received my order
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please check your tracking information first. If there are delays, contact our customer service at +94 75 125 2051. We'll investigate with our delivery partner and provide updates. In case of lost packages, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
How can I return an item?
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us at info@g-tech.lk with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange pickup and provide a full refund or replacement. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
